Lots of costume options not only just for Halloween. The store is nice and clean. It’s not on the main road so you have to watch where it is. They have tons of candy too.

They seemed have few staffs working but no one is watching the costume section so you have to chase the employees and ask for trying the costumes. They don’t have a fit room only a temporary ‘room’ divided by blinds. Returns are easy as long as you bring back before the date on the receipt. Staff are friendly.

I called ahead if time to ensure they would be able to fill 2 x 36" balloons I purchased elsewhere. The lady I spoke to said they can and to just walk in and get them done the day of. So that Sunday I show up, first person in the store when they open and the sales people (very rudely) inform me that they cant fill my balloons because a) they dont do the 36" ones and b) they are to busy with orders to fill them. I told them if they cant do my 36" ones i'd buy the 24" ones they sell but I needed them for a bridal shower in 30 minutes... They told me they cant because they were to busy. I did proceed to tell them that I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to walk in... Long story short, they refused to take 1 minutes to fill my TWO balloons because they were "too busy" and I was literally the only person in the store. Terrible service... I will bring my business elsewhere

Great selection of party supplies. Always had to wait at least 5min in the checkout line. Improve tgat wait time, and it would be 5 stars

Staff seem to be absent when needed to get a Halloween costume. They don't have as much selection this year, either. Very slow at the till to pay, as well. Plus side is that the staff is friendly and it's typically easy to find what you are looking for!

Ordered a massive balloon order for baby shower with specific instructions and colors needed. Rhea was the girl who took the order & didn't find it necessary to do it properly. Had a long drive and a time sensitive window to get to shower. Had to take my incorrect order with me. Not impressed. Spent lots of money on something I didn't ask for.

More often than not they don't have what I'm looking for in stock.One staff member will tell you one thing and another staff member will tell you something different.

Great selection of party favours and decor. Some items can be quite pricey.

I won't be shopping at this location ever again! After calling them and asking if they had a particular costume in stock (2 days in a row) and being told by the stock room boy that they did, that it was on sale and they have 5 or 6 left, I ended up driving from the west end (and living out of town 45 min) to the south common location only to be told they didn't sell it in store and it was online only! The stock room boy swore he'd told me that on the phone, saying he had "phone records" but why would I call 2 consecutive days and tell him I was coming in from out of town to purchase this item of he'd told me it was online only?! I'm pretty sure that would be something I would've remembered considering the drive I had to take! When I spoke to the manager, all he had to say was "oh, he must've been really busy and forgot to mention it" even after explaining all the trouble I went to driving to pick the costume up! They've lost a customer and I hope many more for their complete disregard!
