What can you do when you know it will be okay but your child isn't so sure? How can you understand them better? There are ways to help them feel more at ease.

It can be hard to hear a child crying especially if it's your child. Do you prefer to calm them down right away or let them cry it out?

Does 6 hours sound like a lot? Try starting with a few minutes of your time. Spare time here and there can add up!
