Purchased a Movado watch here a couple of years back. I was quite happy with the shop at the time. Took it in to get a new battery but "they don't have the right tools" I was told they've never had them since they opened. Not sure how you expect to keep customers or entice returning customers into new products if you can't even service the items you sell. I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere.
The trade in option is quite deceitful. When we first bought the they said it can be traded in for an ascending size. Now that we are trying to do a trade, they told us that the trade in should be twice as much as the value. There was no mention of this whatsoever in the original sale.
It is just disappointing that people are trying to lie and be deceitful in sales.
Consider this a warning if you will be buying from this store.
I had Ohla and Sherri help me with my wedding band. I was very pleased with their above and beyond customer service. They stand behind their jewelry and will make sure you are happy . They take the time to listen to you and guide you in the right direction. I went back numerous times when deciding and each time they were more than happy to help!

If your thinking about purchasing a watch make this your first stop extremely freindly and outgoing staff make it feel like theres no pressure even when i needed to send my watch back there was a no problem attitude PS: get the watch warranty if your farily ruff of your stuff it covers just about all problems and its for 5 years so its great i give this business 10 thumbs up
