Just got off the phone with the lady dont but I can also confirm. Extreme frustration with the service over the phone

I called looking for toe kicks after I redid my flooring in the kitchen.
She says "were not the ones who did your kitchen" (even tho my builder said they were)...
...she says "PG didnt do the kitchen according to the system so its not my responsibility to provide toe kicks"

jesus, I say, Look - im looking for toe kicks, do you sell toe kicks?? its not that complicated. I can come down with some pieces to see if they match. that really put her off - She sounded really unfriendly and talking down to customers. Bad customer service. Obviously they don't want customers that badly.
