Pips dog poop service did a fantastic Job. This guy does it all by hand. He even got down and chipped the poop out of the ice and snow with a hand pick, I was not expecting that at all. I will be using this service again.....

I have 3 dogs, and there was a whole lot of poop! But Neil was awesome. He came and cleaned it all and we chatted a bit too. I have already informed him of my next appointments with him. Seriously, nicest guy ever and did am amazing job! I highly recommend him to any and everyone!!!!!

Arrived right on the scheduled time, was quick, did a good job and was very reasonably priced!

Very friendly! Made a point to be flexible and ensure I got rescheduled (a few times) when we got all the snow this month! I was not able to be at home at the time of my appointment with him, and he allowed me to just e-transfer him the money with no questions asked. Went and checked it out when I got home and he did a great job considering how much was back there.

Great service! He actually messaged me to say he could come early. He even chipped most of it out of the snow too! Loved that he took the mess away with him too.

Pretty good job when he actually shows up. But has flaked on me a few times and again for the last time without a reason or response.

I had my yard cleaned when there was still quite a bit of snow. I was informed it would all be taken care of anyways. I paid 60 dollars. I had to work so was unable to inspect the job when done. As the snow continued to melt more and more poop came about. I was left feeling like I paid 60 dollars for only a couple piles of poop. I contacted Niel via Facebook informing him of my dilemma and asked him to come back and give me a discounted price for a second go at the yard. No response still. As a customer I am not satisfied and as a dog owner I definitely would have been a repeat customer had I been left with a clean yard as he advertises.
