Pita Pit

Good if you watch them cook it and let them know it's about to be burnt Before it is. When there are no other customers the staff doesnt seem to focus on what they are doing. Better when busy... which seems backwards to me.

We were having a super busy day at work today, and wanted to put on lunch for the staff (about 70 people). Usually we do pizza....This was a GREAT Treat for everyone! Our staff feels appreciated, and nourished. Ordering yesterday, for pick up today of 6 platters, All ready, at time we needed. Presentation was FANTASTIC. Service was FANTASTIC. They even gave us a platter of cookies for free! Great Job Airdrie Pita Pit!!!

Best pita with great customer service

Worst service I have ever received. The woman was rude and just did not care. They were out of cheese. I asked if she had more she said nope just like that. I find it highly unlikely they were out. Also had to fight with her to give me a card for the pass. I will NEVER go back to this franchise and my food on the grill was burnt and everything else was watery and sloppy. Should be no stars but I didn't have a choice.
