The Polar Plunge challenges people to bravely jump into Alberta’s frozen lake waters. It’s a great way for everyone—individuals, organizations and businesses—to get involved in support of Special Olympics and show winter who’s boss.

Sign up today and raise a minimum of $50 to get a taste of intense arctic blast to your core. Plungers can raise additional funds and earn extra incentives along the way. You have three opportunities to take the plunge across the province. Each plunge is a different party you can be part of!
