we had the family pack - very good, non-greasy, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. nice big pieces as well. this was at the Griesbach location

good chicken, way better then kfc a little far from morinville, but well worth the trip

With the number of people in line, I was pleasantly surprised to find it fast moving and very organized. They had our order correct when our number was called! (Trust me, this is a rare occurrence at many fast food places in Alberta) food was hot and delicious as it always is! Happy to see you in Alberta. Popeyes is always of our stops when visiting family in Ontario. Have loved Popeyes since I was a kid and we would visit your Younge St. location in Toronto, the only one in Canada for many years!

Was our 4th visit last night to the SE Edmonton location. They have not disappointed one time. The chicken is ALWAYS so juicy and wonderfully spicy. The sides are usually great.. we definitely like their coleslaw and mash w/gravy. Will definitely be back. Well done Popeyes, we haven't been back to Dirty Bird KFC since you got here,,,

Thanks for having the Oilers game on TV when it was on. You the real MVP! And of course if you haven't eaten here, it is gosh darn amazing every time:)

Fast and efficient service. Love the chicken and biscuits so freshly cooked. Staffs are nice and accommodating. Keep up the good work! I will keep coming back for more

Chicken was great, service was amazing and given that it was insanely busy, we didn't wait long for our meals and to order. They double checked our order when we got it as well. Hopefully they expand or the hype calms down so seating more readily available but that is expected.

Best chicken I ate in a long time ... the only down side is that you guys didn't serve the great honey dipping sauce I had the first time I tried popeyes in Niagara Falls ont. Not a deal breaker but please bring that one back ASAP cause it was really an amazing match for your spicy chicken!

Besides being really really busy and have to wait 30 minutes for our food and them not telling us until we already paid for it I really enjoyed the chicken the biscuit was delicious not that many pieces of shrimp mac and cheese was good just good though onion rings were okay but the chicken I really liked. Will my wife and I be back yes of course I want to try their chicken sandwich to see if it's better than KFC. They even have better chicken than 7-Eleven and 7-Eleven chicken is not bad love 7-Eleven chicken wings though. When they're fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp for hours.

food was good but i only asked for 8pcs chk and she said to do combo. she gave me large fries which i didnt even touched it. i just wasted food and money. being the first time i was expecting them to help us a little in order to select what we actually want not what they have to offer. chicken tasted good and their buttermilk biscuit are yummy!

Waited 25 minutes for my food got the 11 piece family meal, 6 pieces of chicken and 5 strips, which has gone up $2 since last week.

When I got my food I asked about dipping sauce for the strips and was informed they charged for it, kinda disappointing they charge for something I get at any other location for free especially when I have chicken strips.

Staff needs to be trained better. I ordered popcorn chicken that was cold, the batter was soggy inside and some bits had big chunks of chewy gross membrane in it. Every time I go theres something wrong with my order. I cant go back cause I dont realize it till Im home. I dont eat it in the car and its too far from where I live. Also why do you take tips at the register? Ive never seen fast food chains asking for tips. I always tip and then get bad food. This review is for the northside location on 137th ave and 97st in Edmonton, but seems they dont have a page.

Kinda of quiet when we finally got there, so much to choose from. The cashier wasn't helpful, she looked like she wanted to go home?

Anyways the food was fast and smoking hot!

I had the spicy 3 piece chicken meal with mac and cheese side. I tried to get Coke Zero from the fountain pop and only water came out. Should have got the bottle I guess. The biscuit was a bit better than north side and the chicken was tasty.

Food was Great! It was just so disappointing that the cashier lady, ( name kinda sounds like Manimeet) said that our 8pc combo we ordered comes with 1 large gravy but when we got home we saw no gravy. Please know that we came all the way from fort Saskatchewan just to come by your store and try your products but we sure are going back there and i will make sure to feedback on what we had experienced. Service was quick though but what your guests ordered should be complete.

When I go to order food and you have training staff in wearing socks and open toed sandals in the kitchen. And your supervisor just smiles and nods like it’s no big deal to have a health and safety rules broken in a incredibly busy kitchen. I don’t like being fluffed off like it’s been handled. If had been handled he’d have gone home and come back appropriate for work.

I’ll look forward to seeing how the Sherwood Park location does.

My mom went there last night to pick up supper and after she was done she left and took a fall in their parking lot. She went back inside to let them know and they made her re pay for the food to replace it! Horrible customer service. Not only did she hurt herself but had to rebuy the food. That to me is just horrible. Back when I worked in fast food if someone fell and lost their food we replaced it no charge but Popeyes could give a shit about that?! Horrible experience !

Will not be going or letting her go there again all they care about is the money not the customers

I’m extremely disappointed by the customer care that this brach provides specially since I’m a regular customer at this 17th street location. Today I went to place my order and later there was this male employee that was handing out the orders and I asked him a very simple question that, which one is the spicy and mild chicken since I didn't know as they were in a box, he than later replied and told me hat the spicy were on top and the mild on the bottom.I very kindly said thank you and started filling up my drink and than I heard him say to one of the female employee that, "crazy people have crazy orders". I found that very disrespectful and disturbing whether it was directed towards me or any one of the customers as there are rules and protocols towards customer care and this comment will surely affect me visiting this branch of popeyes in the future.

It’s a nice place to go n taste d delicious fried chiken n shrinps ,fries n d fast service they made, come n try it 4 urself!!
