We were out on one of those bargain-hunting nights and ended up at the PourHouse. We opted for the special of the day, it was taco Tuesday. Since there were three of us we each choose a different type of tacos and then shared them amongst ourselves as each came with three tacos. Four words describe the visit we will be back"! For the price we sure didn't expect homemade shells, and the spicy potato chips were amazing. The dipping sauce for the chips made them even better.

Fishing Cold Lake and we were looking for a burger joint, brother came across this little gem and WOW.. awesome we had Calamari, cheese steak, and burgers everything was the best I've had in a while. I'd like to single out a plate but it was all A+. We need more places like this.

As a Nova Scotia girl, I have high standards for seafood. The calamari here is so tender and delicious that I had to stop typing in the middle of this review to have another bite!! So good!!!

Noise level was a little too high but had a blast anyways. Drinks were cold and company was amazing. Didn't eat so, cannot comment on the food. Staff were well-dressed and pleasant to talk to. Bathrooms at that time were neat and clean.

I must ask, have any of your bouncers or waitresses completed ProTect?



Last night my friend was involved in an altercation with another patron and ended up on the receiving end of quite a beating. Thankfully, he turned out okay despite a few facial fractures.



However, what concerned me was the way that the situation was handled by your bar staff, namely the older "gentleman" with the goatee. While my friend was laying on the ground unconscious, he decided that instead of triage and performing basic first aid, the best solution would be to dump a pitcher of water on our friend to "wake him up". Honestly, it blows my mind to see the negligence that was exhibited by your employees. I would recommend perhaps mandating basic first aid and ProTect as an employment requirement. The behaviour displayed by your staff was reprehensible and should be corrected.

Came for Karaoke from out of town. After 45 minutes we went to the bar to get drinks. The girl behind the bar was fast and efficient - the

Waitress assigned to our section not at all. Not once did she come over to our table to ask us how we were doing or to take our order. Correction.. She finaly asked how we were doing 90 minutes after we arrived. It is very odd to see tables being served on both sides of us and yet we are avoided. We didn't expect our first time to be this disappointing. Especially after reading all these positive reviews of how good the service had been. We are contemplating if we should come back and give this place another chance.
