We are tremendously saddened to witness the horrific events which have unfolded in Fort McMurray. Our hearts and prayers are with all of those who have been affected by this devastating loss. You guys exceeded my expectations at your downtown location. I was worried it wouldn’t be as good as the south side one but oh my goodnesss!!! The downtown one was better than the south side location. Definitely coming back for more. Recommend 100%�

This place is soooooo good. You have to try the donair poutine with one of the Primetime flavours.

The Turkish word “Doner” means “turning, revolving, rotating” in English. With an explanation; tightly packed meat roasted on a large vertical spit.

Great food with great service. The location is nicely shaded and decorated. The donairs are the best and most authentic you can get.

Second time my husband, Scott and I have been here and both times were awesome! He eats the beef donair and I have the chicken. I didn't get lettuce on mine because I have digestive problems with it. It was super tasty without.

Primetime donair poutine is the best you can get. It's so juicy and delicious with their different kinds of sauces and meats you can choose from. Great, friendly, and fast service.

PrimeTime donairs are worth traveling across two provinces for.

Best donairs in town hands down. I have been coming here for 10 years! The people are so passionate and happy and it really comes through in the food! Love it!!

Best Donairs in the City Hands down. Gone 3 times and tried different menu items each time, everything has been fantastic. I went to the Brintnell location around Christmas and one of the staff was giving out free Christmas cookies that he bought himself from Save-On Foods. This speaks volumes when you have an employee willing do this. Props to management for creating this type of work environment. Makes for a truly enjoyable dining experience.

The donairs are some of the best I have had. Way to expensive though. $12 for a regular w/cheese and a pop. Most places you get a super combo with fries and pop for that.

Didn’t get a chance to like! I guess they decided that today they would close an hour early. What we have learned over 76 years, is be consistent. They won’t ever see us again!

this review is for milwoods the one is on 28 Ave, All the staff is very nice expect one guy, so rude so rude, he doesn't care about customer, never going back there.

Worst customer service ever, they do not know how to talk to customers, very rude behaviour did not like it at all. Won't recommend no one...

My first and Last time going to this location after the OWNER decided to argue with me (she wasn't even on location) I took one bit into a SOGGY disgusting Donair, honestly never had one worse. She accused me of eating half of my sandwich when i only took A BITE and spit it out cause it was SOAKED.. she told me that I was too picky and not to return to their stores! What kind of Customer service is this that a Customer gets treated this way by someone who isn't even in the location (Millwoods) also been told that they aren't ALLOWED to answer the phone there. This is just absurd that I would even be belittled by a Manager/owner Muhammead Asim is the name I was given of the woman I was on the phone with

I use to enjoy this place. Until I went to the restaurant and followed a family in and was told that they were closed. Not closed to the family who walked in in front of me, just closed to me.

The young man then told me to go to the Millwoods location.

I will never be back and I will make sure that no one I know comes to this location to be treated as rudely as I was.
