Priority Safety Services & Rentals Ltd

At 8:30pm 2/27/16 my friend and I left Earls and we're making our way to our vehicle, we stopped as one of priority's pickups drove past. We stepped off the curb into the parking lot to make our way to our vehicle. The driver of the priority truck stops and starts backing up and runs into me. I was able to get out of the way before I got completely ran over. My friend noticed the priority safety driver staring down at his cell phone. I had banged the back of the tailgate to get his attention. He did notice, but didn't seem to phase him. We got into our vehicle and the driver approached, asked what our problem was. I told him that he ran into me. He told me that I shouldn't be walking in a dark lot. Wow!
I can only assume the driver was either drunk or high, definitely not firing on all cylinders.
I'd think twice before hiring these guys onto my job-site, if this is any reflection of the quality of Individual, and their 'safety standards'.
