COMMISSIONS AND CUSTOM ORDERS are always welcome!
PAYMENT POLICY: Please note that custom orders must be paid IN FULL before I am able to start them. This is to cover the cost of the materials required as well as my time.
If you are not able to pay up front but still want something that we make, please come and visit me at one of our upcoming shows!
FINAL SALE! Custom orders with names or specific colour options are not returnable or refundable as they are make just for you! Other custom requests may be returned to me for repairs if there is an issue with the fusing, but I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
TIMELINE: Custom orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete depending on my work schedule, availability of bead colours, complexity of design etc. My custom order time frame begins from the time I receive all of the necessary materials, which includes payment in full, pixelized image approval, and any other necessary materials.
