Push Personal Training And Fitness Description

When I started resistance training I came to a startling realization; there were very few active aging females at the gym. Knowing the enormous benefits of weight training, I started to ask myself how I could help share these benefits with my parents, and their fellow baby boomers. After many hours of hard work and planning, Push Personal Training and Fitness was born.

My goal is to help people stay active and age gracefully. I want the older population to maintain their independence late into life and aim to assist through my personalized programs and motivation. Push Personal Training and Fitness was created to help you work towards your health and fitness goals, one small push at a time.

Push Personal Training and Fitness offers private or semi-private personal training, as well as, larger group fitness classes. All programs or sessions can take place at the private studio nestled in the quiet community of Sherwood Heights or in your home.
