Worst service ever.
Went today stood for twenty minutes then one teller left and still no help.
I left wont ever go back there for service.

Tried calling this branch as it is just down the street from me. whoever is answering the phone has no phone skills. I recommend more training. It was very frustrating as what I was asking was not overly difficult.

They need more wickets open ... 10 people in line 2 wickets open. This happends often.

The staff there is always trying to do an efficient job. However the manager Ms Chrissy Brooks had always behaved non-respectful and offending... I went to their branch today. An employee Simon was helping me out. She jumped in and said: we could not withdraw cash for you again, you need to place an order to withdraw cash tomorrow. I said: I am looking for a bank draft. She said: ok, I will issue you a bank draft free of charge for this time only, however we will have to charge you in the future. She then left. I talked to Simon that I belIeve I have free bank draft feature with my banking. Before Simon checked on this feature, she then jumped in again: I will request you to leave if you argue with my staff. (In fact, I do have 6 free bank drafts each year; it has been confirmed by the investigator when I brought up my complaint) I felt I was offended. Finally, when I picked up my bank draft and turned around, found that she was just standing behind me and said: I will escort you out. She had obviously took advantage as bank agent to be insulting... I could not imagine what made her behaved so cold and rude...It was the second time that she created trouble in her branch. I could not avoid her as she just jumped in when I was dealing with other clerks working there...

Excellent staff, good location and rarely is there ever a line up. Who doesn't appreciate that :)

I appreciate how my financial advisor is so honest with me and tells me about options that fits well with my situation.

Always had an awesome service with really friendly employees. I always go there now even if I have a chance to stop by an other bank!
