4.5 star review for RBC here. I have always been treated like royalty here except for that one time when I had a financial advisor and we disagreed on many many things when it comes to saving money. The other financial advisors I have all had here are very helpful and supportive as well as the front desk ladies. Keep doing what you're doing RBC lloydminster.

Great customer service only been there once when they had two tills opened still wasn't that bad

Cannot believe that they have 7 counters and two people at them. Worst service I've ever had to deal with. And it's not just once. Its every time I go there, just to get a bank statement I'm waiting an hour and a half. Definayely switching to Scotia bank. (y)
