Awkward and stubborn people

Staff were polite and helpful but 4 staff members all sat a watched me while I waited 15 mins for some service while one other employee helped the only other person in the branch. They kept looking at me and one another but no one actually did anything for a long time. There were 3 more people in line behind me by the time they were finally ready to help anyone.

Ever willing to book an appointment? Never do so with Mr. Ali A..... horrible experience.

This has been my bank since moving to edmonton 2 years ago and have nothing but great things to say about the customer service.
