I have used the grocery pick up a few times which is a great convenience!! Until they forget a few of your items and don't tell you!!! Very disheartening when you're trying to run a small business and you don't have the food you need to fill in order!! Worst yet I live out of town and that's why I use the service to be more convenient unfortunately it hasn't been convenient at all. Had to wait 35 minutes last time I was there to pick up food. I'm hoping they can work these bugs out because it is a convenience to a person that is busy as I am 😀

It’s a typical superstore, crazy parking lot, but a good store with a huge selection of items. It’s nice that there is a clinic and pharmacy on site for convenience.

I like shopping here. Prices are decent and good selection. Not overly crowded

They always have what I need at a fair price. I really like click and collect. I love the PC point system. There are often very good deals on grocery items.

Wish you would carry more apples grown in CANADA 🍁. Usually good produce, although it's all shipped in because we are In northern Alberta it is sometimes not good at all. If we grew more fruit and vegetables in Canada in massive Greenhouses, that giant grocery stores could buy from , Fruit and vegetables would be outstanding quality.

My favourite place to grocery shop. Offers a wide variety of home products and clothing as well. The PC points program is awesome and you build up points fairly quickly.

Called to see what time there optical department was open until. After getting transfer twice I got to talk to an extremely rude lady who was in customer service. She had no idea what time they where open until and had apparently know way of finding this out for me! So helpful! Thank you real Canadian superstore for training such good staff! Will be gladly doing my business else where! Maybe some basic training needs to be done in the Grande Praire location!

The store never have anything in stock, even though the website says it does. The pharmacy is awful. My doctor sent refill request, they didnt call me to let me know it went through. I went to pick up the supply (glucometer strips), i was told to wait 15min. I asked what thats for, she told me thats processing time. Processing time??! Its not a medicine the pharmacist needs to put together and then jam it in the blue bottle. It is right on the counter just behind the pick up booth, all packaged and priced. I can see it. Its messed up how they treat people here.

We use the click and collect option once a week. Generally when we get home we find that we are missing items we were charged for. Or substitutions were made that we did not agree too. Usually we deal with the manager Eric. He has promised refunds and gift cards everything that we never seem to receive. We dont live in town so its not ideal to drive back in town with the gas prices the way they are. When we have an issue we would prefer to deal with a manager that isn't snooty or makes false promises.

Best prices and selection in one place. You get PC points and from using my PC MC they have added up very quickly.

Overall good but red meat is very expensive. Looking at the high end steak at $52.98/kg?That's $24.00 a pound!...Good grief even the butcher shops don't charge that much.
