We just received our couch from Reside and we love it. The whole experience was fantastic! Natalie was super helpful in picking our couch colour and cushions as I was super indecisive. Delivery gave me a small window of when they were coming instead of having to wait around all day for it. The delivery guys were very quick and let after everything was set up perfectly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went to reside knowing we were going to love it based simply on their website. The pieces were so unique! We had been to every big box furniture store in the city and just so frustrated with the mainstream options we had. So we tried reside. Everything about this store was AMAZING . When we walked in the service staff was so friendly but also asked "is it ok if I check back with you?" This meant a lot to us based on the fact that most stores STALK you through the store. She gave us ample amount of time and we were pleased to leave the store with an orb teak wood table we hadn't seen anything like! The quality of this store is unlike anything you've seen in the city and the help is welcoming, yet refreshing. we LOVED our reside experience :)

My husband and I purchased our Carlin sectional just over a year ago and we are still just as in love with it, if not more, as the day we first saw it in the showroom. We were worried about the softness of the cushions at first, we were scared they may flatten. After a year of what I would call hard, daily use: two dogs, many movie nights and sleepovers the cushions have held up far better than I ever thought possible. The quality of the fabric is incredible, we have had many spills and lots of dog hair, all of it wipes up easily. My husband even recently convinced his parents to buy a similar sofa. Customer service at Reside Mayfield is top notch. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Just furnished our bedroom at Reside. Loved the process, the customer service and our new furniture! The staff were so patient with my indecisiveness, so awesome at pulling suggestions and working with our style. They definitely have some of the best selection in the city. Our furniture came within expected time and the quality is apparent. Thank you Reside!!! Will definitely be coming back for future purchases!!!

I found a bedroom set online from a store in Calgary (where I live) that I loved!!!!! But was very expensive - then my friend looked into it and saw the exact same thing at Reside for a fraction of the price! Once I contacted them, the service was absolutely wonderful, they were willing to hold it for me until I could make it Edmonton to look at it! It was cheaper for me to buy it in Edmonton and have it delivered to my home in Calgary, then it was for me to buy from my own city! After purchasing, they were so helpful, Kevin in particular, helped me with the whole process and was so wonderful at delivery! I love all the pieces I got, and continue to shop there! Definitely recommend Reside for the quality furniture and awesome service !

An amazing beautiful collection of eclectic furniture

A few weeks ago we bought our Louis Seth daybed from reside and we are so incredibly happy with it. From getting to customize fabrics to so many custom selections to suit the space. We also found the prices reasonable especially for the quality. Our daybed came in and as they were unpacking to show us they felt one of the arm rests bolts was loose and wanted to inspect this before we took it home. They figured out the issue which was just a loose bolt from shipping tightened it secured it even further by adding another screw and bolt and had it packed right back up for us to take. They were great to deal with highly recommend.
