I loved this store. I would make a point of shopping at the store in my travels in the U.S. However I guess they have gone so upscale that do not want the hustle and bustle of Christmas in the store. We arrived at the store this weekend to stock up on stocking stuffers only to be told, with some arrogance that they did not wish to have customers lined up out the store. Your sales associate made the classic error of judging a book by its cover. We will not darken your doorstep again.

Love this store and drove all the way there to get the amazing stocking stuffers and slippers I buy as gifts every year. Was really disappointed to be told they aren't carrying them in store to cut down on Christmas shopping traffic in the store this year and to order online instead. Really hope they might reconsider next year.

When ordering items from the gallery, the initial stated shipping date was not true and the item was back ordered by 45 days! The store employees did not apologize for the back order or try to remedy the situation. For paying so much money at RH, you would expect better service!!! Also, I found the sales staff to be very pretentious. Again, high price should warrant better service!
