I have never switched to another pharmacy in my life, but I switched to London Drugs after receiving TERRIBLE service at this Rexall; I transferred my prescription to this Rexall after moving, and I went to pick up my first refill. For some reason, the pharmacist that I had spoken to when I transferred my prescription hadn't bothered to order my medication, so he told me to return the next day after noon to pick it up. When I returned, my prescription was still not ready, so I had to come back a third time to get my prescription. When I came in for my 2nd refill, I was again told to come back the next day as, again, the staff hadn't bothered to order it yet. I asked the female pharmacist if she could proactively order it from now on. She asked, "is this going to be a regular medication for you?" The label, which the pharmacy printed, listed that I was refilling the 2nd of 6 refills...I am going on a vacation this month and I realized that I my refill date is after I leave, so I visited the pharmacy to ask for an early refill of at least enough pills to span my vacation. Again, they were not prepared to fill my prescription during my visit, so, again, I was asked to return at a later time. They left a voicemail a couple hours later saying that the pharmacist had asked if I could wait until the last business day before I travel (a few days prior to my usual refill date) to receive a partial refill?! Obviously, after the dismal service I'd received to date, I was not comfortable with that, so I called the pharmacy...9 times; each time, the phone rang until it dropped with no staff member answering. I was so frustrated that I decided I needed to transfer to another pharmacy, so, much later that day, I called the London Drugs in Oliver Square, which is near my home. The pharmacist was very helpful, and she said she would get my prescription transferred that night. She called me back half an hour later to let me know that she'd called the Rexall pharmacy 4 times and, each time, no one had answered. I relayed my experience from much earlier that same day, so she told me not to worry as she would get it sorted. I'm not sure how many times she had to call before she was finally able to transfer my prescription, but I'm very glad she did.

Nice place for quick snacks,i usually buy buss tickets.
They also have Canada post.

This location is awful. The male employees (especially the manager) are useless and the return policy is unreasonable. Received criticism from the manager for returning a faulty product.

Dear merciful god what a mistake! I decided to have a prescription with refills filled here, and every single time it's never ready. Never. Not once has it been ready for me. I've even called a full 4 hours in advance, and it wasn't ready. My name wasn't correct in the system (keeping them from finding both my prescription and my file on numerous occasions), and it was never updated. Don't fill your prescription here, just don't.

Customer service is not their strong point. But they have a decent selection of products. Will not shop here anymore because of the cashiers.

The front store manager Dan hired an employee in Sherwood park store under the wrong basis and title. Dan promised the staff a management position which will be on the paperwork in one of the department of the store. Upon request from the rexall human resources coordinator, Daniel Herceig there was no such management title present. The regional district manager needs to make sure they hire honest management team for his district. Paul Chidley, the Vice President of the western division needs to be aware of his fellow staffs like the RD's and the ones below them follow proper procedure while hiring and there's transparency in sharing correct details. This should be discussed and Dan needs to be acknowledged and further actions need to be taken for being untruthful. Furthermore Dan spoiled someone's life and immigration process and they have to return to their country because the former employee was promised a false title.
