Use your service quite regularly. Great staff and drivers. Only wish there was a bigger shuttle (eventually) especially during holidays. And better communication while reserving a seat over the phone as there's been a few instances where I've called to reserve a seat in Saskatoon and my names not on the list, but I've always been able to get on the shuttle. Keep up the good job!

Saskatoon to PA quick & efficient. Great to have a way to get to PA!

I went for my first trip yesterday January 17, 2018 with Riderexpress from Prince Albert to Saskatoon at 8:00 am.

Everything was fine at first, driver was on time , pleasant and professional. We left P.A. between 8:10 and 8:15. We were on our way and then a phone call came in for the driver from his boss. The driver was told one passenger was left behind because he left early(before 8 am). The driver was forced to turn around and go back for this passenger. All of us on that trip knew the driver did not leave early but the customer convinced the boss that the driver had left early so requested the driver come back to get him. This resulted in all of us arriving late to Saskatoon. That customer should be ashamed of himself for lying and causing all of us to be late. What a selfish person!

My one suggestion is to perhaps purchase a GPS system of some sort so the driver can prove when customers are lying. I phoned Regina when I got home and vouched for the driver. Please people be on time and don’t lie to get your own way.

I used the service first time yesterday from Regina to Saskatoon it was great service thank you rider express will use again

I am from saskatoon and because if funerals and other personal stuff i have been.....i guess you could say "a usual" and the guys from and to regina are amazing and make your trip very good! This way i know if at amytime i need i can come see my loved� ones

Great company, we wish them all the best. We look forward to seeing them in Alberta and BC.

This will be a lifesaver for those medical appointments!

1st time taking Rider Express! Found the service excellent and the staff polite and and helpful. All questions answered to my satisfaction!

I traveled from Regina to Saskatoon a few days ago and the trip was fine. The Regina office is within easy walking distance to most downtown hotels and has a spacious waiting room. The bus stops at a Tim Horton's about half way along for a 10 minute break, which is really important if you need a coffee, the bathroom or both!

*(Update i have tried rider express again service has improved greatly It appears they have become more organized relying on schedules and dedicated drop points) PUT A G.P.S TRACKING DEVICE IN YOUR PARCELS .If you are expecting stc type service drop that idea.I sent a parcel from regina to saskatoon I was told to have someone waiting there to pick the parcel up at 830 pm. My parents waited until 10:30 and no parcel/shuttle showed. So they made the hour long trip back to the farm.I called today and was told "oh the bus came earlier than usual at 8pm" so my parcel was taken back to regina. and it would be at the time hortons at 430 today. Again they drove the hour in to retrieve the parcel.They were there (at tim hortons until 5) I called rider express and he put me on hold to see the status of the shuttle , he than tells me the parcel was left at some electronics shop.So i called my parents back and gave them the address for this new rendevous. They recieved the parcel. But what a run around and waste of time and fuel.

too much for a ride now 25 to 35 plus taxes Stc prices right there hope next time i try it there aint some guy listening to the radio all the way boring!

Trips are being cancelled and people going to and from Calgary to Bc do not know where the bus picks you up . This is especially in Calgary it changes like the wind. They located now to a unsafe area for passengers to get hit by semi units etc. Outside in cold weather conditions etc no shelter but other companies if they let you stay in . Bad situation and they do not know how to run this bus service . Homework was not done at all. No advertising they think people will just come . No onboard baggage checks to ensure safety of driver or passengers . Management has so many lying stories to people that call and they are very rude to customers . They have only one driver now going to Bc one day a week . The owner asks for suggestions for help but he never listens to anybody at all , very stubborn man . Drivers need breaks with a lunch break . How hard this will be in wintertime driving , wish him luck .

The address for pickups in Melville is on the side of the highway. Not very customer friendly or safe.

Poor communication. Driver from Davidson onward was all over the road. Was told that the bus station in Saskatoon was across the street. It's not, it was a half hour walk away. Wouldn't take again unless there was no other options. They use small passenger vans not buses.

Just bad. Doesn't even begin to fill the void (even on its limited routes) left by STC's closure.

Has left paying riders stranded without notice.

Limited schedule.

In Saskatchewan, privatization DOES NOT WORK for a public service such as this.



I pity the owner(s) of Rider Express. I know they face a great challenge trying to provide reliable, *profitable* (an unfortunate necessity for private businesses) service in such a sparsely-populated province.

When (not if) STC is reinstated, I hope the owners and operators of Rider Express can use their experience to acquire well-paid, stable jobs working for one of our most important Crown Corps.

I had no problem with this company until this previous Friday when my son was on the bus from Saskatoon to Moose Jaw. I assumed it would be as it always has, Moose Jaw first and then off to Regina. It was confirmed in Saskatoon by the driver that the bus should arrive in Moose Jaw around 8:30.

Shortly before 8:00 I get a text from my son saying the bus didn’t turn at Chaimberlain towards mj but is in fact headed to Regina.

I tried calling the office but no one is there after 5:00 so I left a message as I was jumping in my car to race to (downtown) Regina before my son is there-possibly alone-I don’t know what exactly is going on.

Upon arrival to their “depot” I was told that the driver was in fact going to bring him to Moose Jaw-IN HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE!

Not only was I not asked for consent for this but I would have been worried sick if my son didn’t have a cell phone to at least let me know his location and what was happening-as I was expecting the bus in mj around 8:30, and had there been no way to contact my child, he would have arrived-in someone’s personal vehicle-at 10:00 or later!

Absolutely disgusting business practice in my opinion. Will NOT be sending my precious cargo (my child) with this company again.

And as far as the message I left on their voicemail-they never returned my call.
