Robertson Bodyworks

Although the body work done seems to be good quality, Melody's customer service was the WORST we have ever had. She was dismissive and very aloof on the phone. She would not return calls when asked or easily give information regarding the work being done. Melody also tried to mislead us when certain work was done, and would not admit she never asked for permission to do the additional work on our vehicle. This in my opinion is a shoddy business practice.
I would not recommend this shop until they replace Melody.

I had forgotten to remove $40 from my vehicle when i took it in. I remembered much later and figured it would be gone when i picked up my car. To my delight and surprise when I returned it was stapled to my invoice and waiting for me!! I am impressed! Its nice to know there are still honest people and honest businesses out there. The service was excellent, I highly recommend them.

Just picked up my white Mustang, and let me tell you it looks great. I am very particular about my cars and i can't find anything wrong but an awesome job. I honestly can't tell anything ever happened. Thanks Tim. 👍

I'm writing this review on the behalf of a friend who had a fantastic experience at Robertson Bodyworks recently. He had a damaged bumper, brought it in for repair, and the fine folks here were extremely patient and helpful, and understanding of the needs of the customer. They took their time to make sure the job was done properly, without rushing it just for a quick buck. Previous work had been done on the same car, for the fender, by the same people, with excellent results. It's always important for a business to put their customer's needs first, and Robertson definitely succeeds at that, with their kind and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Friendly, honest service. I got to deal directly with the owner, Tim. He quoted me 40% less on a paintless dent repair than The Dent Clinic did, and set up an appointment for two days later and had it done in a morning. Looks like new.

Robertson auto is by far the best place to have your vehicle taken care of. Not only did they do a superb job once, but they backed up their work and did it twice. Even though it had looked like someone had tried to fix the same spot that they had fixed, Robertson auto could have told me too bad somebody else has tampered with it. I had no idea this was the case. And they could have easily turned me away. But instead, they fixed the same area for a second time at no cost and it looks fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the awesome service! My vehicle also came back cleaner than when I had sent it in. The service was done in a timely manner and looked fantastic! Thank you!!
