I phoned in today Saturday and talked to christen (as im stuck on the side of the highway with four screaming kids and need a part ) she went above and beyond to try and help me out her service level is exalant. I had to take some time today out of my busy schedule to write a review on Bill Bishop and his staff at Rodeo Ford. I have been seeing Bill and his team now for over 6 years and have always had excpetional service!
Today I went in and got a new set of tires put on and have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Jackie, Bill and the crew in service for a job not only WELL DON but fast, efficient and surpassd the customer service I usually get. Just when i thougth it couldnt get any better it did.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited in January. This was my first purchase from Rodeo Ford. It was a great experience from the time I met Sparky, the Salesperson, to driving way with my new Ford. I have since been back to the Service department to have a rattle noise checked. Again, it was a great experience.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The dealership is exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff are efficient. This dealership believes in quality service. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is their priority.
And the Explorer is everything I hoped for and more.
