Through the years we have used their services a great number of times and each time the service was above excellent, friendly, and the products were high quality. We always left the store with a smile because Roger normal had something humorous to say. Everyone always made you feel important.

This shop is well known for their high quality jewelery and excellent service. Just had my watch serviced there, very reasonable and quick, never worked better!

Sue has and always will be the only goldsmith I will ever go to. Her attention to detail and true caring for her work shows in every piece she touches. She has made rings for most of my friends and has a part in their love story. A true artist!

My shopping history at Roland's Jewelry began over 30 years ago! Very impressed with the response to displeased customer. It is so nice to see a store deal with a difficult situation in such a positive manner. As a person who reads reviews before dealing with a business, one rarely finds any type of response! In the past my fiancé has had nothing but positive things to say about the store and his experiences in dealing with the staff at Roland's but I never had the pleasure of stopping in until recently and I was extremely impressed. Jill was great to work with we are happy with the engagement ring and wedding bands. I’m an online shopper but no point in doing that for jewelry with a place like this in town.
