Rona Macklin has very good customer service

Terrible after three hours they did not have the sink and vanity.i called back today to see if my stuff had come in.no one new what I was talking about. No record of it ever been ordered. Told me that I had on ready picked it up I was there shortly and had my stuff quite quickly. VBerry bad service. Can't repeat what all I said. Won't be back.

Some employees are nice but most of them do not really care.

The wood materials from their material yard were in good condition. The yard boy also made sure I got nothing unusable for my framing job. Patience and time will be needed to get best customer service though.

I wasn't approached by any staff to ask if help was needed, but they had good product selection and reasonable prices from what I saw.

*was here again on May 7th* was approached by nobody asking if I needed help finding anything. Asked for help from an associate who then left and didn't return. Service here is really bad.

Only place I will go to get my building projects done. Great staff, amazing products. And a clean yard.
