A 45 minute session off your feet surrounded by peaceful music and pleasant aromas all while your feet are being massaged and your whole body is relaxed with the technique of reflexology. Which is using thumb and fingers to press into your feet like a full body massage. Our feet are fully aligned with the rest of our bodies organs, nerves and all body areas. Reflexology helps release stress, circulation, brings our bodies back in balance and so much more. I also use Reiki, an ancient energy moving technique while I work your feet. You will feel like your walking on air : )
