Rotary After Five Imagination Library

Dolly Parton's book gifting program for children from birth to age five.

An initiative of the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie After Five– in partnership with Dolly Parton's Dollywood Foundation - Rotary After Five Imagination Library supports and encourages literacy throughout Grande Prairie.

We launched this exciting new effort to benefit the children in our community. This program provides one free book per month to every enrolled child from birth to the age of five.

The program was developed by country music legend Dolly Parton (via her Dollywood Foundation) to address low literacy rates in her home state of Tennessee and it is now implemented throughout Canada, the US, the UK and Australia. It has seen phenomenal success and has grown to over 72 million free books delivered throughout 4 countries.
