Nice location and wonderful old building. Limited variety.

My friend and I drove to Okotoks on a lark, just to do something for an afternoon and we decided to explore the old Main Street, where I'd not been for many years. We were drawn into the store at the far end of the street by its fun, unique name and lovely overall appearance - a reno'd heritage home with very pretty window dressings. Neither my friend nor I are very "crafty" people, but that did not stop Kate from being a charming service representative who really went above and beyond.
I used to craft a lot, and the gorgeous fabrics and pretty crafts inside the store inspired that side of me, so I bought some quilting squares to try and make some colourful bandana's for our group's three little dogs. I'll start with something small!

The cutest building in Old Town Okotoks. Huge spacious shop with soo many beautiful things to look at. Lucky me, owner Linda was working. Super helpful!

A very interesting place with a very helpfully staff. Always eager to assist with technique or anything related to the art! This can certainly make it appear like "service levels vary" but the attention you get when they focus on you is exception. It's a small family run shop and pride is obvious. Plan to spend some time looking around as there is lots of cool elements throughout the store. If it's taking a min longer for your turn there is tons to see! As a side note the repairs they do are excellent, if your machine needs service or trouble shooting they are careful and consistent.
