This is a very welcoming and supportive place for ladies of all ages, cultures, and sizes. The studio is spacious and beautiful. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and very talented.

So fun! I went to one of the aerial yoga classes. I was a little nervous when I went in but Crystal was so nice and encouraging and so was the rest of the class. I felt completely comfortable. The actual aerial yoga was a lot of fun and pretty cool! I will definitely be going back!

There is much more fun in dancing now, any kind of dance. My increased flexibility is amazing to me. The strangest thing is that everyone else now looks a couple of inches shorter, because for the first time in years I'm standing up straight and it feels natural.
