Scrumptious perfection 👌😍

I thought I’d share with you my transformation ❤️ this is what 4 months of hot yoga does!!! Whaaaaat!? The first pic was nov 1, 2017 & the second Feb 26, 2018. I’m not dieting. To be honest these past 4 months, I’ve eaten a lot of carbs & sugar! But..also a lot of plants & nuts & seeds & fruit and beans & good grains! I do enjoy my carbs. ... And I do NOT believe in deprivation or sacrifice. Those 2 words create resistance within. I wish I could take a picture of what yoga does for me internally. For mental health, emotional health, coping skills, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, parenting, etc. We don’t have selfies for that! However, as within, so without. So, this may be a pic of physical transformation but my mind feels clear & healthy & my emotions are in check and used to guide me through life. Yoga is my jam. I love it with a love beyond love. It has changed my life. 4 months & for the first time in my ENTIRE life at the age of 41 I have muscles & baby abs 😂 These pics shocked the shit out of me because I was just scrolling through my phone and found the “before” pic & was like HOLY SHIT!! I’ve been extra excited every since. There is a way to slim down, tone, be mentally well & save your life. Without being deprived of what you love & only doing what you love. We create our reality right? I feel like I finally know the secrets 💕

Tried the gingerbread scrub this evening, not only does it smell incredible it truly does leave your skin super soft. Everyone needs to try it. Also started my second container of scrumptious, it is my go to body lotion, my kids are always digging into it ..definitely a must havr. I lovr your products!

Robin created an amazing diaper cream for my daughter when she was first born. This cream is MAGICAL! After going through the first jar I obviously needed another and we have been hooked ever since. Robin named the cream after my daughter Brielle:) I use it everyday on both of my kids!

I also started using scrumptious after my first pregnancy! It keeps my skin moisturized, silky and smooth and has helped reduce the appearance of a few small stretch marks, plus it smells AMAZING! This is my go to product every night before bed!

All I can say is I am in love with these products!!! The deodorant got a true test today after a 5 K run....I did not smell like sweat and actually still could smell the peppermint. This is exciting for me as I am active and have tried many products none work as well as this and the fact its all natural, no carcinogenic ingredients like store bought products is important to me as my mom is a breast cancer survivor which puts me at high risk. Using an all natural product that works amazing and smells great is so exciting!!
