I purchased 2 new vehicles at this dealership over the last few years and the customer service has been second to none. Sylvia was my sales person for both and she's become a friend more so then my sales rep and to add to the experience the parts and service dept have been a pleasure to deal with. I was actually quite surprised the service dept at a dealership was as helpful as they are as I had some past bad experiences with dealerships in that dept. definitely can't stereotype from past experiences as this dealership has been nothing but great. We had a very easy experience here. We found a vehicle we liked on a 3rd party site, contacted them and everything was very easy and no pressure which was what we Needed to feel comfortable to buy a vehicle. They didn't negotiate much on the price, but we thought it was already a fair price compared to other similar vehicles we saw. The staff was very friendly, despite being very busy and I was always greeted with big smiles for me and my baby. We would have no qualms about going back to buy a vehicle here again. Family bought a Brand New Car here. Got some service done on it, great right. So here is the problem, the Emblems Were TAKEN OFF BY SERVICE STAFF !!! BUNCH OF CAR PARTS THIEVES !!!! Asked about it missing emblems, STAFF said "CAN'T FIND THEM, THEY MUST BE IN THE GARBAGE!!" Are You Going To Replace Them They Were Asked. Answer "NO". Call The Head Office. Make sure you take pictures of your car before heading in here or safer to take it somewhere else!!
