Sometimes the gouging is to strong. Just because we accept it as normal doesn't mean it's okay. 2 or 2.50 for water is acceptable ish. 4 is outrageous.

The place is very clean which is a good. The fake leather seats how ever... The fake leather seats are not for me. Not as comfortable.

This place sucks! If you have a complaint about the service or how the staff mistreated your family, and It was not handled at all.
I wouldn't spend anymore money here for the way my family got treated and so much for a family outing! Even an aplogoy due to mistakenly embarrassing the people.

Needs updating. They should have kept the fire breathing dragon my kid would have enjoyed seeing it. Still a good theatre

Friendly staff, great food and great scenery in side the theater. Very fast service. Compared to other theaters. Even when when externally busy. No contest.

For a Scotiabank complex, this one is really starting to look dated. Typically one or more of the escalators are not working (neither were this visit), and with only one elevator, people with disabilities and seniors who need to use the elevator have a long wait.

Staffing isn't up to standards, for example, when the person was taking our ticket to enter the theatre, she was busy talking to her colleague and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us or the people in front of us.

Staffing at the concession stand was efficient and hence the reason for 3 stars and not 2.

Overall, I really feel this establishment reflects negatively on Scotiabank image. They can do much better.

Everything about the place is good except for those chairs where you sit in them and you end up looking at the ceiling, can't they be locked so they don't do that.

Comfortable seats and my child spilled their pop and they came and mopped it up and brought us a replacement pop.

I have been a frequent patron to this establishment. Friendly staff and a great arcade. What this location needs is a scumbag detection device installed at each theater's entrance. Out of the several flicks i have tried to enjoy at this great location it seems to attract the most ignorant of people. From pompous, loud jackanapes to imprudent slags that can't sit f@#$ing still because of the crabs in their lady gitch. Constant reclining back because their little guests make it impossible to find a comfortable position bashing your knees blue in the process. Can't forget the freaking butter trolls cramming their over sized hooves into crinkling tiny bags of smuggled in pistachios, in which they litter the floor with in complete disregard for the cleaning staff. Try showing some GOD DAMN class West Edmonton and let others enjoy a movie for once!
