Purchased my Highlander from the fantastic Kendall at Sean Sargent Toyota last fall. Can't say enough good things about my experience in the sales department. They treated me well, knew their stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. Probably the most thorough run through of a vehicle I have ever had. Fast forward the winter and a couple of service appointments later for regular maintenance, I can say that the service team is as amazing as the sales team!! So impressed with my luxurious Highlander and the team at Sean Sargent!!

I am happy with my experiences with the staff. We purchased two vehicles here: a Sienna and a Tundra. The sales staff did a good job of helping me find the right vehicle with the right features for a fair price. The service staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

craig kjemhus, the general manager is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with in terms of customer service. They did a tire balance and alignment and ididn't notice the wrong lug nuts installed on my truck. The lug nuts they sold me from the rims they sold me. Then my back tire fell off. Lol. classy guys .Got it towed to another closer shop and their mechanic found the issue and called toyota, who sent over the proper lug nuts and stuck me with the bill of 1900 and a rental truck of 455. Nathan in service was accommodating but had to bring it to his Gm who's name is craig Kjemhus. He's washing his hands of the situation. Also got informed that the mechanic that worked on my truck was fired. Just the WORST experience!!

I've dealt with Kendall here and she's amazing. Always friendly and helpful. We came to lease a Vehicle a couple years ago and she always had or best interests in mind during our deciding on which one was best for our family. We decided on the RAV4 and have never looked back. Every time I go back in for a service or to talk future vehichle options, Kendall instantly recognizes me and she's always been eager and excited to help. Thank you!!

Very horrible maintenance service. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment for my long due routine 32,000 maintenance service. This was for last Friday and when I showed up, the guy helping me looked like a disgruntled employee whose overdue for a vacation. I remember clearly telling him I wanted the routine service, when I showed up he was surprised hearing about the brake service and told me it would take additional 2 hours+ to get it done that day. I'm driving from Grande Cache and considering I had other errands to run that day. I figured I cut him some slack, as he said they are backed up and he was very discouraging to drop my car last week. So we agreed for today early morning as he was relieved I changed dates and agreed to it this week and the cost would be under $500.
So when I showed up this morning driving through icy highway 40! He was annoyed and unaccommodating but was polite to the two customers ahead of me. He told me again it will be 5 hours before I get car my car done. He reasoned that he can do oil and brake in 2 hours and that rest can be done in a different day. I waited for him to call after 2 hours.. no call!! So 3 hours later, I called to see whether the whole service can be done as it is cheaper to do it together and since they are late I only need to wait 2 more hours... but he said not possible. It took 4 hours and the cost just for that was already $500 and additional $100+ for remainder of service for next time.
I wish someone would've called me in advance, I would've gladly rebooked considering the road conditions. Now I have to come back for rest of service and it will cost me more money. You guys need to go see service at Hyundai and Nissan.. How customers are valued and treated fairly. What's the point of booking appointments if you can't keep timing exactly?

Great customer service all around. Staff a very friendly and helpful. Location is very easy to get to in the city too. Definitely recommend this dealership to any friends and family.
