Over the las 41 years, we have been proud contributors to projects throughout Alberta in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors.

HVAC installation, maintenance and service were the primary focus in the early years of the company’s existence. Our experience managing these mechanical systems provided new opportunities with the dawn of the digital age: Building Automation Systems (BAS) would be a new and challenging frontier for the company to move forward into.

The first step was to secure a relationship with a controls supplier whose focus reflected the values and future goals of Serv-All. That company was Reliable Controls® Corporation, a Canadian company based in Victoria, British Columbia.

For over 25 years, Serv-All Mechanical Services Ltd. has been an Authorized Dealer, and has worked hand in hand with Reliable Controls to produce innovative and dependable building systems. From hospitals to prisons and Government buildings at the local and provincial levels. Serv-All has worked very hard to provide HVAC solutions to meet the needs of all our customers. We opened a second office in Grande Prairie in 2007, recognizing the needs of our customers in the North and committing to further providing them with the high levels of service that they deserve.
