What a wonderful experience. My parents just bought a new vehicle from this dealership and I do not have one negative thing to say. This was my second vehicle purchase from Sherwood Park Dodge, and there is a good reason I went back there. During the entire process, Ross (sales) and Devon (finance) helped to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, and that I was getting exactly what I want and needed in a vehicle - they were absolutely fantastic to work with!



I really appreciated that I never felt like I was just another sales pitch; instead, Ross went out of his way to help me find what I wanted and get everything sorted out for me, like he was helping a friend. On my way home from work on Tues June 5th my sunroof exploded in my Jeep Cherokee, I was able to close the sunshade and drive to Sherwood Park Dodge. The service department was closed at the time, but I went into the sales department and they contacted the lot personnel and they let me drive the Jeep inside just in case it rained. The next morning I received a text from the service department asking me how I would like to proceed. Within a few hours everything was figured out and the part was ordered overnight and they said the Jeep would be ready by Friday afternoon. On Thursday afternoon I received a text from the service personnel saying that my Jeep had been repaired and was ready to go.

The repairs were done exactly as estimated and completed a day early.

Thank you for your quick and efficient service, and correspondence with all the friendly staff, I will definitely be bringing my Jeep to Sherwood Park Dodge for all repairs and service

I would highly recommend Sherwood Dodge for a vehicle purchase. My husband bought his truck 4 years ago and was very pleased with the service. I just purchased a vehicle a couple of days ago and thought I was not happy with my decision. I went back the next day and spoke to the Manager Rob and the sales manager Chuck. I explained I wasn’t happy with the decision and what we could do. After discussion, they went above and beyond to make the vehicle I had purchased into something that I was wanting with added features. They did not want me to leave an unhappy customer and through in extra incentives as well as a great price for the vehicle. Staff was so helpful there and welcoming.

I would definitely do business there again even though they are on the other side of the city.

Purchased a Jeep Renegade from Sherwood Dodge. Dealt with Doug and Mark. Absolutely amazing guys. Doug answered all my questions via email. He was honest and informative. Found the vehicle. Finance was another story, did not like the person I dealt with. He was very demanding and very unfriendly. Dreaded going back to sign all the papers as I disliked him due to how he handled things, didn’t ask just demanded. Not a smile from the start. Other than that I would highly recommend Sherwood Dodge!!! Thank you Doug...I love my Jeep!!!

Dealing with Godfrey has been terrible. I bought a used Jeep in November and he was super nice at first. When I bought it there was a small chip in the windshield, and I asked if he could fix it and they said yes, it had already been fixed, however after the temperature changed it turned into a crack (so it had not been fixed correctly). When I called about it I was told that since I had waited for it to become a crack there was nothing they could do, basically said too bad so sad - though I’m not sure how I could have told them about it before the crack occurred as they said they had addressed the issue. He also told me that he would give me a $300 referral cheque for everyone I sent to him, and after sending two customers his way he called me to tell me he was going to send me the referral money. He texted me saying it was going to be $400 total for both, and when I called to talk to him about it he said that he never said $300 and started talking over me and then got louder and louder as I tried to talk until he was practically yelling at me over the phone. He said they don’t make any money off the referrals so it seemed like he thought he was doing me a favour by giving me anything at all. Everyone else that I have dealt with at this dealership have been great. Matt and Rob helped to make sure they fixed my problems(thank you guys!). My windshield was replaced and they made sure I got the referral money I was promised. I would still recommend this dealership and will still go back.

We have owned 5 jeep Grand Cherokee’s, a Comanche, and a Wrangler over the last 15 years....We are Jeep people. Went to Sherwood Dodge to look at the new style of grand Cherokee with the intent to purchase.



It was raining and the sales guy drove us to the back of the lot, which was nice - that was the extent of our ‘good’ experience there.



He got out of the car for a minute and then went back and sat in the warm car while my wife and I ran back and forth to him to ask questions about the different styles. That really annoyed me.



Then he wouldn’t let the fact go we didn’t know the difference between the two different jeeps - ‘you don’t even know what you want (mockingly) you don’t even know the difference’ he kept saying it like my wife and was I were idiots.



He didn’t take our names and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.



So after being Jeep people for over 15 years we thought we would let you know we are really enjoying our new 2018 Range Rover Evoque - we picked it up Thursday.



Sherwood Dodge pissed us off so effectively we went to the West end for our purchase and are no longer Jeep people. Sherwood dodge could take some lessons on customer service from Range Rover for sure.

We bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee Jan 2015, We also bought a very expensive extended warranty. BIG, BIG sales pressure. Once we were out the door, know one knew who we were anymore. 3 days after pulling this brand new SUV out of the parking lot, we had a crack appear on the drivers side of the windshield. We took it back at our earliest date (I think it was the following Friday). The salesman didn't have any time for us; he sent us to the service department. In the service department we had to argue that the crack was not from a rock but came directly from the lower pane, where they tighten the glass. They wouldn't do Anything for us and stated we could order a new windshield through them. Needless to say, we did not

Then July 2018, after 2.5 years owning the vehicle, the radiator went; it wore holes through??? not sure why other than it is aluminum and heat can cause damage to aluminum. We spent $800.00 to get a new rad and labor charges. When I called Dodge Chrysler, they told me our expensive Warranty was expired due to being just over 100K kms. We had NEVER used the Warranty and we could not get a rebate either. So paying all that money would have been better put in our own pockets. The extended warranty was not even designed for our rural traveling. Talking with Chrysler, they explained that the sale of the Extended Warranty should meet our person needs, in design. .

If you are thinking of buying DON'T go to Sherwood Park Dodge; they treat like royalty until the sale is final; then they don't want you back until you need a new vehicle

The sales was great how ever after the fact they are terrible for customer service. Just bought a brand new ram back in September and recently noticed a issue with 4x4 and major shaking/ vibrating when I drive over 80. I work Monday to Friday 8 till 5 and wanted to get it dealt with asap since I don't even feel safe driving it atm. Wanted to bring it after work and get a loaner vehicle so I could still get home and to and from work the next day and would not give me a loaner because I don't have a extended warranty. Even though the truck is still under warranty! Talked to 2 different managers and would not give me a loaner to get around in.. don't think I'll suggest this dealership to anybody looking again. This may also be my last dodge to.

I'm sick of seeing adds for this on my newsfeed. Get a salesman that talks about the important things like powertrain, and engine specs. Nobody cares about updated headlights. Your sales staff should have a great understanding of the ins and outs of your vehicle's but it just seems like you will pick up anyone off the street to sell your cars. I will never step foot in your showroom because of this fact. I will continue to shop places that have staff that know what they are talking about.

He texted me saying it was going to be $400 total for both, and when I called to talk to him about it he said that he never said $300 and started talking over me and then got louder and louder as I tried to talk until he was practically yelling at me over the phone. He said they don’t make any money off the referrals so it seemed like he thought he was doing me a favour by giving me anything at all. Everyone else that I have dealt with at this dealership have been great. Matt and Rob helped to make sure they fixed my problems(thank you guys!). My windshield was replaced and they made sure I got the referral money I was promised. I would still recommend this dealership and will still go back.

We have owned 5 jeep Grand Cherokee’s, a Comanche, and a Wrangler over the last 15 years....We are Jeep people. Went to Sherwood Dodge to look at the new style of grand Cherokee with the intent to purchase.



It was raining and the sales guy drove us to the back of the lot, which was nice - that was the extent of our ‘good’ experience there.



He got out of the car for a minute and then went back and sat in the warm car while my wife and I ran back and forth to him to ask questions about the different styles. That really annoyed me.



Then he wouldn’t let the fact go we didn’t know the difference between the two different jeeps - ‘you don’t even know what you want (mockingly) you don’t even know the difference’ he kept saying it like my wife and was I were idiots.



He didn’t take our names and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.



So after being Jeep people for over 15 years we thought we would let you know we are really enjoying our new 2018 Range Rover Evoque - we picked it up Thursday.



Sherwood Dodge pissed us off so effectively we went to the West end for our purchase and are no longer Jeep people. Sherwood dodge could take some lessons on customer service from Range Rover for sure.

We bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee Jan 2015, We also bought a very expensive extended warranty. BIG, BIG sales pressure. Once we were out the door, know one knew who we were anymore. 3 days after pulling this brand new SUV out of the parking lot, we had a crack appear on the drivers side of the windshield. We took it back at our earliest date (I think it was the following Friday). The salesman didn't have any time for us; he sent us to the service department. In the service department we had to argue that the crack was not from a rock but came directly from the lower pane, where they tighten the glass. They wouldn't do Anything for us and stated we could order a new windshield through them. Needless to say, we did not

Then July 2018, after 2.5 years owning the vehicle, the radiator went; it wore holes through??? not sure why other than it is aluminum and heat can cause damage to aluminum. We spent $800.00 to get a new rad and labor charges. When I called Dodge Chrysler, they told me our expensive Warranty was expired due to being just over 100K kms. We had NEVER used the Warranty and we could not get a rebate either. So paying all that money would have been better put in our own pockets. The extended warranty was not even designed for our rural traveling. Talking with Chrysler, they explained that the sale of the Extended Warranty should meet our person needs, in design. .

If you are thinking of buying DON'T go to Sherwood Park Dodge; they treat like royalty until the sale is final; then they don't want you back until you need a new vehicle

The sales was great how ever after the fact they are terrible for customer service. Just bought a brand new ram back in September and recently noticed a issue with 4x4 and major shaking/ vibrating when I drive over 80. I work Monday to Friday 8 till 5 and wanted to get it dealt with asap since I don't even feel safe driving it atm. Wanted to bring it after work and get a loaner vehicle so I could still get home and to and from work the next day and would not give me a loaner because I don't have a extended warranty. Even though the truck is still under warranty! Talked to 2 different managers and would not give me a loaner to get around in.. don't think I'll suggest this dealership to anybody looking again. This may also be my last dodge to.

I'm sick of seeing adds for this on my newsfeed. Get a salesman that talks about the important things like powertrain, and engine specs. Nobody cares about updated headlights. Your sales staff should have a great understanding of the ins and outs of your vehicle's but it just seems like you will pick up anyone off the street to sell your cars. I will never step foot in your showroom because of this fact. I will continue to shop places that have staff that know what they are talking about.
