Shoppers Drug Mart

I wanted to take the time to write a thank you to Mike for his great service and attention to detail. As always he greets me by my first name and is quick to assist with all of my medical needs and questions about my medication.
It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back to this location for all of my family's needs.

So disappointed- Was calling to see if a specific item was in stock, and spoke several times to a VERY helpful person, Justin. Even though he couldn't get me what I was looking for, he was very polite in checking and letting me know. I called back and spoke to an employee by the name of Vivian. Still didn't have the item, but she seemed to take satisfaction from the fact that she "couldn't" help me. Only after asking specific, leading, questions could I finally dig out the information I needed. Information she could have readily provided in the first place, but couldn't be bothered to. Because she mislead me, I wasted a trip, and missed out on what I was looking for. If that's customer service, we are better off without it. Thanks for nothing.

It's a bigger store, so more selection, especially in the cosmetic and food items, but I never see more than one till open.

Worst pharmacy ever. I get told 30 min waig and I wait for almost an hour. Happens every time I come in. Would not recommend getting your meds here especially if your health depends on it as you might die waiting.

Friendly and very helpful they didn't have what we needed yet called the main street store to locate a television

The cosmetics section is beautiful. But it seems like the rest of the store has less selection than other Shoppers. It's like they are mostly focusing on cosmetics here.

I was ignored at the pharmacy. They didn't help me at all. I was told I would get help and I have been waiting here for over 20 minutes for the physician to come talk to me. She continues to help others instead. I just need advice on my medication that I already have. Thanks for making a sick pregnant lady wait. Worst Shoppers pharmacy I've been to yet.
