Welcome to Silent Night's Sleep Solutions. My name is Heather Davidge and I am a Paediatric Sleep Consultant working with sleep deprived Mom's and Dad's, to help teach their infants and toddlers how to fall asleep and stay asleep on their own! The struggle is real, and I know first hand. I have two children of my own (age 5 & 2) and my journey to becoming a Sleep Consultant started when I first hired one for our troubles. The results were fantastic and I was convinced I needed to help others like my family.
