Was very impressed with the entire vehicle purchase at Silverwood Toyota. From start to finish the entire team made us feel welcome into the Toyota family. The sales team were not pushy and were very open honest about their prices and the value of purchasing a Toyota. The team gave us a fantastic price for a new vehicle and the best offer in town for our trade in. Even after the deal was made the finance department was extremely helpful on explaining everything and didn't try to force us into any extra packages that weren't for us. Picking up the vehicle was good as they went over everything with us to ensure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our new vehicle. Once again silverwood assured us we were part of the Toyota family and to contact them with any questions we may have at anytime. Thank you Silverwood Toyota for making the buying experience almost as enjoyable as driving our new Toyota vehicle.

I had a great experience buying my new 2017 Rav 4. I have had 9 great years with my Toyota Corolla and was looking to continue driving a Toyota. Everyone was very helpful and it was especially great that Mike helped me get my Corolla and my Rav 4. I am a very happy Silverwood Toyota customer.

It was good. It was my first visit. I will definitely go there again. The quick lube is quite cool. I liked it.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 star is because I was looking for a highlander and there was actually no one in the sales department to help. They were not ignoring me just because everyone was too busy.

Very friendly people. They make you feel at ease and very well taken care of. Very helpful and for salesmen, quite honest (which is rare), I love Toyotas, and the prompt and personable staff make it all that much more enjoyable. Great job guys!!

Silverwood Toyota truly can stand behind offering customers a great experience start to finish. I had been watching the market for RAV4's for quite some time and not only were their prices comparable, competitive, and often the cheapest, they were able to assist me with an out of City purchase and have everything ready for a streamline pickup as I was on a tight schedule. Their staff are friendly, helpful, and you can tell they care about you as a person, not you as a sale - and I believe that's why they will continue to excel in all they do! Great customer service and very accommodating. Unfortunately a month and a half after purchase of my vehicle (3 days before Christmas) the clutch burnt out and needed a brand new fly wheel. After the 6K expense on that it is looking like there may be some power issues that I will have to address. Overall, some buyers remorse seeing how I could have just bought the car brand new instead of used. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great car though but I will have to eat the expenses that come with it.

Hi Danny, It is unfortunate that your management team does not recall my conversation regarding my problem. This may have been due to the fact that it was around Christmas. I did however email my concerns to the same staff that I had been corresponding with when I was in the phases of buying my vehicle, with no response. Currently I am on the fence about trading my vehicle in as I am once again having to take it into Edmonton to be serviced for a check engine light. I understand your having action a response to low star ratings but please understand between work and having to resolve issues with my vehicle I have very little time to contact your offices just to be disappointed by the outcome. I do hope you will do what you can to prevent this from happening to future Silverwood customers. All the best!

Cole and Caroline were very helpful towards helping me trade in my vehicle. I got a fair quote on my trade in and was very happy with the new truck they helped me obtain.
