Meet Mark! In 2017, Mark had a wakeup call when he was diagnosed as prediabetic weighing in at 450 pounds. Like many people, Mark had lost weight and gained it back but this is when he decided that the cycle was going to end. "Working out started slowly on the treadmill and gradually continued to the Arc Trainer. The manager at Snap Fitness also showed me a routine for strength training and the rest is history!" The weight started to come off slowly, and so far he's lost 180 pounds with 100 more pounds to go to hit his goal weight! "I approach this journey one day at a time, one workout at a time, and always aspire to intensify my workouts. I'm so grateful that God has given me the ability to lose this weight and I give all glory for this accomplishment to God." Way to go, Mark - We are so proud!

This morning two clients came in for their session and wanted me to do their body fat %. They knew what it was before working with a trainer and wanted to compare. They both tried to get results on their own for a while and wasnât getting what they were looking for.
After a month of working with a trainer 3x a week they wanted to compare results.
They dropped between 5 - 10% body fat in one month. They didnât loose weight, they lost body fat %. Muscles are toner, fat cells ...are shrinking, they are eating better, they have more energy...
One of the looked at me and said âI need to hug this outâ.
