Shoutout to Mike and the guys in the service department! I brought my car in for an oil change last Friday. Over the weekend, I noticed my inside driver door handle was sticking out funny. Brought it in today for them to have a look, and they fixed it, no charge to me. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with plenty of time to get back to work (on my lunch break). Kris at Kia was great. He found me the perfect vehicle that had all the features I wanted for a really great price with low mileage. It was a tall order to fill. And I have a rule I won’t buy from anyone that treats my child like a nuisance. He was awesome. Took her out to find the balloon she wanted off one of the vehicles on the lot. I’ll go back there if I ever want to trade in my perfect vehicle.

I just purchased a 2018 Kia Optima LX+, was delivered today in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I would like to give my commendations to Cesar Duculan for his exemplary customer service. This is actually my second purchase with Southland Kia, the first was our Dodge Ram 2017 last July . He displays sterling qualities of an excellent salesman. He was very accomodating and really tried his best to give you the best deal that is within your budget.If in the future I will have another purchase, I will still prefer Cesar to handle our purchase. I had a pleasant experience getting my first car at Southland Kia from Mazin who fought tooth and nail to give me the best experience he could. All of the paperwork was sorted out in one day and I had the car the next day. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I don't normally give reviews, but the service I received at Kia deserved a shout out. I did my research on a used truck on their lot, knew what I would pay..minus a bit because I'm cheap. Met up with Cesar Duculan, and took it for a drive. After some reasonable negotiating, we came to what I thought was a fair price. I can't believe Cesar was still smiling after all the miles he had to walk between offices to get the deal done. We noticed it was missing a jack and was asked to come back in a couple of days. In the meantime, it was pointed out to me if a vehicle was purchased in a small timeframe a very nice bonus was included..I was in that timeline. Went back for the jack and mentioned the bonus. With a sincere apology the vouchers were ready in 10 minutes. I could understand due to the fact that all this took place just before Christmas..radio stations and kids toy drives, chaos for a good cause. Drove it for a few weeks, had a few concerns, guys at service ordered parts and will install when they arrive, no questions asked. Never did I feel under pressure at any time. I found that if you're realistic on what you are willing to pay, they will do their best to make you happy.

I bought a 2002 Volkswagen Beatle last week, and I'm absolutely in love. Curtis Wells made sure it was the right fit for me and got me the best deal possible. The whole process was smooth and quick I couldn't be happier, thanks Southland and Curtis!

Got my car serviced there and found them to be great all round. They even washed the car. I live in Mornington and went past the Kia dealership there and in Frankston because of the bad reviews they got, but this one got top marks, and I can see why. It was a bit confusing to know where to drop the car off before they opened as the bollards meant I could only park on the street where I could have gotten a ticket, but I didn't get one and the experience wasn't enough to dent the five stars I'm giving.

Absolutely amazing! I couldn’t get approved anywhere. Even did the no credit/ bad credit places in Calgary and they turned me down even with a co-signer. I went and seen Kris Simons and the team and they got me approved! Was driving my vehicle the next day. Kris and the team went above and beyond just making the sale. I highly recommend them and will only purchase from Kris and the Southland group from this point on.
