unhappy staff for returning item. My daughter's shoes was return less that in 30 mins. They don't allow to return the shoes if it was already dirty. Seriously??? the return item was less than on hour. how could it be dirty?

Great selection of shoes but staff is never around to help you...

If you need shoes avoid. Chances are if you get someone to help you they won't have it.

The store is reasonable, and good prices. But they have the bathrooms locked 24/7, and no one can get to the bathroom when they need to.

They overcharged us, but admitted their mistakes and readily fixed them.

I was getting snowboarding boots and no one would help me so I had to ask someone then I asked for a size 11 in a pair and he never came back... Reallyyyyy good service ;) get better employees.
