Staples Airdrie

Staples have no customer service at all!!! There is simply no way you can cancel your order. I asked the the representative because i wanted to do the survey but she told me to disconnect and said that their survey is unavailable, to check that i called again but to the different representative but he said that the survey is working fine. I wanted to report this to the manager but I had to wait for 30 minutes but i still couldn't report this. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED BY A SUCH BIG COMPANY!!!

If you are sending a parcel, send it in your own packaging, with Purolator waybill attached, if you send a parcel in their packaging the price more then doubles..!!!

Sent a 2lb parcel to Memphis TN, USA, the price was 28.73, if i put the parcel in their packaging, the price would be 75.80...!!

I bought a new computer and was completely satisfied with the service I received from Staples! They were professional and very fast on completing the job. They transferred my info from the old computer to the new one in record time since I use it for my business! I would recommend this store to everyone who wants great, courteous and expert service!

I have nothing but praise for JP, the computer tech who worked on my computer. He was able to resolve the problems with my computer and printer and spent the time to go through in detail with me the changes he made and even offered to set up my printer at my home, if necessary. He was committed to making sure everything was working.

180 sheets /13 presentation for next day. Do we print copies or buy a printer? $80 for copies or $99 new printer. We buy the printer. Get it home paper gets jammed. (8:30pm)Told to bring it back for a new one and they will copy because of the inconvenience. Find out it is 10% off copy price so we decline. Was told "You should have copied them earlier"! This by the supervisor. Get new one home same issue. Go to Walmart for new paper. Same issue on 2nd printer. Now if being told to print earlier was not bad enough, it is now 11pm, still no copies. Also, when printing business cards on an earlier date our son had to show employee how to work the computer to copy. If this wasn't a 5.1 million dollar business deal I could care less. But I advise people to go elsewhere. UPS and the library across the street are more efficient and professional, and less expensive. The General manager is getting a visit today! (4 visits/4 issues/incomprehensible)

Wow, I have been in a lot of Staples but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Sheena was so great in helping me pick the right computer for my purposes: she took over an hour with me and didn't push me to make any choices right away. My phone died as we were searching up information and she charged it for me!
I came back later that day with a few more questions and was helped by Dan who also took over an hour to set all the systems up properly for me. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was asking a silly question. They were both so helpful and welcoming. I was having the worst day as my computer died, my phone wasn't working and I had a tired 10month old , and they made my day. I left feeling like I had made the right choice, and I felt so happy about the second opinions they both gave. Thanks so much for making a gloomy day better !! Great job guys !

Pretty standard Staples. Sometimes challenging to get assistance as staff are quite spread out around the store.

Update: The service at this Staples is hit and miss. Went in to spend a few hundred dollars and the only one who seemed to care about service was the cashier Jessica.

All the other agents were too busy and quite dismissive.

Created a custom stamp online to pick up at store, they said 5-7 business days, it was ready in 2!! The ladies were very friendly at the counter and answered all questions i had. Highly recommend
