Clean store typical of a staples. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Customer service is quick.

Friendly staff that try and help find things for you. Product knowledge is hit and miss. Definitely friendly though. If you need some attention, so by and just chat. Find that prices are high compared to similar retailers.

I am very disappointed with the Lloydminster staples. This used to be my favourite place to buy tech stuff because the employees knew what they were talking about and didn't push extra warranty or anything. The place has changed, I went in to buy a laptop and was helped by a knowledgable young man working in the tech section, when I was asked about the extended warranty I declined and the salesman respected my decision. Next thing I know, one of the managers named John is in my face trying to push the warranty, it was like he just could not accept that I didn't want it, I was repeatedly asked why I didn't want it and John kept making bull reasons why I should get it. This manager John came across to me as condescending and rude, he should not be a manager as he does not have the prober customer service skills. After the mess with John I left the laptop and walked out, as I was leaving I could hear him chew out the employee for not selling the warranty. As long as John is a manager at the Lloydminster staples I will not be back. His attitude and the way he treats customers/employees disgusts me.
