SPM was founded by Ron Gallardo, a gold seal Certified Project Manager in Canada, with in depth experience in Civil & Mechanical Construction Projects and Plant & Field Maintenance for Oil and Gas.

2004 SPM started as Sub-Contractor of Quinn Contracting for Maintenance Scheduling at Imperial Oil Production Site in Cold Lake.
SPM had provided Turn-Around, Shutdown, Outage Schedule and Cost Control at Imperial Oil Cold Lake Operations.

2006SPM created a Manpower Supply Division in Canada. We helped Employers bringing workers from the Philippines. SPM has no records of any abuses to workers and illegal activities.

2007SPM was Sub-Contractor of Cobra Industrial for Maintenance Planning and Scheduling at Husky Energy -Tucker Lake Operations.

2008SPM created another division for Education & Training and affiliated with University of the Visayas in Cebu, Philippines for Project Management Continuing Education, i. e Cost Estimating, Cost Control, Work Face Planning and Scheduling and Contract Administration.

2010 SPM was Sub-Contractor of Tartan Industrial for Maintenance Planning and Scheduling at Husky Energy – Lloydminster Heavy Oil Operations.
Production Area is 10, 000 square miles and composed of 3, 000 single well sites.

2011 SPM’s President is presently the Planning and Scheduling Leader at Husky
Energy – Lloydminster Heavy Oil Operations.

2011SPM created another division specific for Cost Estimating, Bidding Projects and Cost Control. Presently, SPM has (12) Cost Estimators for Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation.
