I called before bringing my wedding dress in to get a quote and they told me if there is no beading it would be $100. They were able to get the majority of the stain out of my wedding dress. But when I called to ask if it was done they rudely told me they had already called me to pick it up when I had never recieved a call. When I went to pick it up I had $100 cash in hand to pay for my dress and she rung it in at $245. I called them out about quoting me $100 and she told me I'm already getting a great deal (which was told to someone else who wrote a review.) I was so upset they lied to me, I didnt have the money so I left. Another gentleman came in and talked to who I assume is the own, I am not sure what was said but he told me all was good and to go get my dress. I dont know who this man was but thank you for your kindness and generosity of whatever you said or did! I ended up only paying $100 thanks to him. He seemed to be a regular and his kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to whomever this kind man was!
