Sun City Ford

I was (and am) a skeptic and at first I did not expect much from this dealership. Ultimately though I got a price on a pre-owned fusion that no one else could beat. Just before I drove away with it, I noticed a problem with a key fob. The dealer promised to replace it. I doubted they would. But they did - and didn't charge me a penny. I am very impressed.

This was our first time buying at Sun City Ford, and we were extremely happy with the entire process. Our salesman Mark was so friendly and helpful as was any other staff we met or had dealings with. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a great buying experience!

Last we purchased a 2018 Edge at Sun City. Our salesperson, Jason, was great! He went through many hoops to make us happy and always had a smile on his face though I'm sure he wished I would disappear. It was probably the longest sale of his life. I was shocked when he called to help with any questions we might have concerning the Edge and to make sure we still had smiles on our faces -- and yes we do -- have smiles on our faces that is. 😊 Thank you Jason and thanks to the rest of your team! What a great dealership to deal with. Dealt with Mark in sales and he worked hard to get me the vehicle i needed at the price i was comfortable with. Not once did i feel it was all about just the sale like I've had at other places in the past. Karla in Finance was very clear on all the paperwork needed for a prompt delivery. Would highly recommend Sun City Ford and look forward to dealing with them in the future.
