It's SUMMER WAX time! 10 more days until we shut down our tuning machines for the summer - come by next week!
For just the price of a major tune up, you can bring in your gear at the end of your season and we'll give your skis/board a major tune up and put some soft summer wax on them to keep the bases moist and happy. Bring your gear back in the fall or when the season starts up and we'll strip off the summer wax and put on a fresh coat of wax at no charge. Your gear will love you back on your first trip of the season!

Wicked service!

Went in with my current Nordica ski boots on Monday.Was having major pain in the left boot about one of the buckles. Van took 10 minutes with them and made them so much better, even in the store I felt the difference! He's a master boot fitter, no doubt about it.

Well, it was a lot better when I worked there, but it's still pretty good. Lol

Very knowledgeable staff, especially the senior ones who have been in the skiing/snowboarding industry for many years. Great contributors to the skiing and snowboarding community in Edmonton and surrounds sponsoring races and competitions to developing young skiers and snowboarders.

Very impressed with the service and quality of rentals. Thanks for helping us have a fantastic day!

The most friendly and knowledgeable service I've ever had. I had some issues with my boots that were crippling me out on the slopes and the gentleman in the boot tech section (who has been in this line of work for 40+ years!!!) spent and hour and a half trying little adjustments and changes and tweaks to get my boots a better fit, before we finally ended up deciding on a different boot and a pair of orthotics. So patient and extremely knowledgeable! I can't imagine I'd ever want to go anywhere else. 5 stars easy. Also a much better selection for women's boards than I've seen most other places.

Seriously one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had, in any type of service/retail setting. The staff were all extremely helpful, knowledgable and passionate about skiing. Vern is an absolute master at his craft and spent several hours fitting us with the perfect touring boots. We'll never forget this experience getting fitted for ski boots. I'm a loyal, lifetime customer with Sundance, no question about it. Thank you all to the staff of Sundance for being so helpful in every way.

Really great service at Sundance this weekend! The shop was busy but the staff really found time to help us and were so knowledgeable. Special thanks to Jeremy who was great at finding a good fitting ski helmet for my 2 year old and the cheerful lady who weighed and measured my kids to work out their ski bindings and spent a long time making sure all our gear was checked in for service properly.

My husband and I (and our boys) went in today March 13 and Alex took care of us. She was amazing. I'm going for downhill ski lessons and she got me ready. She helped my hubby get an idea of what he needs for fear as well.m. She answered all our questions and explained what would be good for us. She was wonderful. We will never go anywhere else.

I went to see Brad at Sundance a couple of weeks ago for new boots. I have gone through 3 pairs of boots in the last 6 years that absolutely were killing my angles. Brad got me into a pair of Lange's. Previous boots were 1 size to big..... ( figures when you buy from a box store)

Brad was absolutely fantastic!!! He spent over an hour with me and did some adjustments including new sole inserts. Headed to Big White and had the best 3 days of comfort skiing that I have had in 6 years. Words cannot express how awesome he was and most importantly extremely knowledgeable about his products. Thank you Sundance and if anyone wants boots fitted PERFECTLY - go see Brad!

Customer service is world class - especially for getting the right ski or snowboard boots. Second to none in that regard! I'd also recommend buying skis from here. They have a massive variety, and the staff know their stuff.

They have been servicing my equipment since 2010.

I first shopped at Sundance ski shop in the fall of 2015. I spent over 4K in equipment and apparel. They were very helpful and knowledgable. With my purchase I was given a couple of cards for a free wax/tuneup. I misplaced these cards so I called ahead to see if the shop would honour them based on my shopping history, I was told to come in and they would work something out. When I got there I was told they can't do anything. Sundance if you expect return customers I expect better. I won't be back.

Very poor customer service most unprofessional people I ever dealt with

I had a really bad experience shopping at Sundance. My wife and I both want to a intermediate ski boots. For me the flex should be 80 - 100, and my wife should be 60-80. End up with they gave me a 75 one but told me it's 80, gave my wife a 55 one but told her it's 65. They even charged us additional $60 for each for super feet without asking us. We realized the size was wrong when we got home. So we went back to ask for exchange or return next day. we were told we can't return but it clearly says all unused item can return within 15 days. So we asked for exchanging. Then the one they picked either not comfortable or no right size, unless we pay more.

Definitely not come back again. We can find same boots in other store at least $50 cheaper. The sales representatives are not knowledgeable at all, provide wrong information. Maybe they can get commission, always push you buy. even discontinue products.

Had a very poor rental experience. We were over charged, they communicated more than once it would only be a one day rental charge. We did not realize the over charge until we had the rental equipment home. Upon realizing the over charge we called to explain and they agreed over the phone it was indeed a mistake and commited to refund the additional day when we returned the equipment. When returning the equipment we asked about the refund and were refused. Apparently there is a 2 day minimum charge for rentals during the holidays. Which is not stated on the website or communicated by the Sundance staff. Better off renting at where you plan to ski, save yourself some money.
