Repairman came to troubleshoot the issue with my dishwasher's latch. After ordering the part he returned to fix the latch and broke it in the process of trying to instal it. He then said he would order another one and return to finish the job and I haven't heard from him since. He won't answer my calls or return any of my voicemails.

We used Mark despite the terrible reviews. He was extremely nice and honest with us about our options with our broken fridge. Unfortunately we had to buy a new one but Mark was lovely and didn't entice us to repair a fridge that was unrepairable.

I have had this fellow do work for me before. I called him again to fix the washing machine at one of my rentals. He went and did the repair, after phoning him about the repair I had no further contact with him as he had the tenants # as I live out of town. I discovered that my washer was repaired by the charge my credit card. I was actually waiting for him to call me upon completion of the repair to give him my credit card #. I was shocked to see the charge as that meant that he had keep my credit card on file since the last time that I had used him. Now 2 months later I am still attempting to get an invoice emailed to me for my accounting records as well as to know what exactly was done to my machine.
Customer Service is not this guy's strong suit. I am extremely annoyed and when I have to keep calling someone to complete their end of a business transaction...I WONT BE CALLING AGAIN MARK!!!
MY NEXT CALL IS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DISPUTING THIS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE.

The owner of the company came and repaired my ice maker in my fridge, in my rental unit. I went to check it later on in the week (as no one is currently living in it) to see if there was ice and there was not. I had a hard time getting a hold of him again. He eventually came back to fix it and was very rude to my wife (I was away at work). Then he told my wife to just get some ice trays from the dollar store and that it was not his fault if it doesn't work once he leaves. He told my wife that it should be fixed and to check it in three hours. It is not fixed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay far away from this company.

BOO! He fixed my dryer at a tune of $325 for an element, worked for 2 days... and now won't call me back after he said he'd come and fix it!!!!

This is a company is run by solo individual. Upon arrival he was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home! When he arrived he seemed irritated that he was there. He did not complete the job and was unapologetic after I confronted him about his attitude and behaviour.
My advice would be call some one else!!!!!
