Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We came here with the Leduc tigers Coupon. Half the food was cold, but the chalet sauce was scalding hot, and heated the rest of the food up when dipped. Kids not finish their meal because they said it didn't taste very good, and no one but me finished their plate due to the huge amount of cold fries that was provided. There were a few other issues, but not noteworthy, the washroom was freezing cold, but the staff was nice, and the service was fairly quick

Very good food. Chicken is always fresh. The festive meal is awesome. People should try it.

Poor service. It was hard for me, and other tables, to get the attention of any waiting staff. Half of the restaurant was empty and I had counted at least 6 waiting staff. One of the orders had dark meat, but light was served. I had ordered the chicken parmesan. The pasta was okay, if anything it was slightly under cooked, but the sauce was good. The best part? The chicken was a small portion, cold, and had been burned on the edges so bad was rock hard. I couldn't even cut the edges, and more than half was inedible. Afterwards, we asked for water and asked for our bill. They came quickly with the debit machines, but we didn't get any more water. Will not be going back to this location.

We were sat in a dirty booth, because it was close to kitchen. The seat backs were covered in greasy palm prints and one seat cover was completely worn out, Avery active booth because of lazy servers.
The food, to me, felt like cafeteria quality. It was served with in minutes of ordering. The quality was acceptable, but not exceptional. I wanted to leave immediately after supper. I didn't enjoy it, but my dinner partner was all smiles. We were the only guests at 4:45 pm, kinda odd to me. 😛

Had a great experience tonight. I usually stick to my "usual" when going to Swiss Chalet, but I wanted to try their new crispy chicken. Our server was great. I misread a bit of the menu and he fixed my oops no questions asked. Everything I asked for came quickly and fresh and the right temperature. The food was excellent and the price was great. Great value for tonight's dinner.

Staff are great and understanding for poor parents with overly excited kids

Food was good service and cleaning were lacking. Quite a layer of dust in the washroom makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Asked for quick service and wow did they serve it fast!!!! Great service for Saturday afternoon. Ribs were great.

Well I would love to eat there. I just made a call to place a order and the lady taking the order was so rude. Yes it was a total turn off and it was the 1866 number btw
