Taking Flight International Corporation Description
My vision began to take root some years after the tragic death of my 13 year old son, Billy. During those early years of grief I desperately sought healing. In my search I frequently attended grief workshops and read numerous grief books. While each offered valuable information on grief, none provided the healing I needed to mend my broken heart, my fractured soul. What I learned in my search I now share with others, through Key note presentations, in my books and resources, and through teaching the application of these methods to therapists and other therapeutic healers. I have designed and developed two certification training programs, The Trauma Recovery Certification Program, and the Grief Support Certification Program. Certification in both programs can be transferred for credit toward a Master’s Degree in Counseling.

Become a Certified Grief Support Counsellor (CGSC) Approved by Canadian Addiction Counsellor Certification Federation for Certification and recertification.
Basic to this training is the belief that a therapeutic helper can bring another only as far along the healing process as he or she has already come. Based on this awareness, the second goal of this training is the opportunity for personal growth experiences for each participant.
